You’ll make a difference by:

• A webportal is software that the customer uses as an accounts payable tool. 
• As webportals become more sophisticated they have grown to include aspects of sales communication (proposal acceptance, PO issuance); service communication (work requests, equipment management, work scheduling and deployment, checking in and out of the work site); and project management communication (Site documentation; electronic SOV’s and pencil copies). 
• As a result, it is important for the controlling team to outline what is and what is not handled by the team. 
• Our Responsibility is setting up Siemens within a customer webportal, Invoicing within the customer site and researching reasons for Invoice Rejections,  
• Alongside the webportal team is also responsible for uploading invoices and general company information onto the portal.  This may include W9 documentation, statements of taxability, or other documentation that will remain the same job to job.
• Webportals don’t handle IOL.  IOL is used for external vendors only.  If you are dealing with a Siemens entity that has an IOL requirement – those invoices must be submitted via EDI, ie Siemens Energy. 

Your success is grounded in:

• Web portal Biller must have knowledge about US geography and should be able to communicate and understand the customer’s requirements.
• Should be to critically think and make decisions depending on the situation.
• Basic SAP knowledge is required to be a part of the team.
• Must be able to write a professional email.
