We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Lifecycle Manager to support our Transmission Grid Planning software portfolio.
This is a remote position based in the Northeast U.S.
You will make as impact as you:
- Define future product vision and strategy with focus on innovation
- Drive product development, launches, and growth as an entrepreneur for global markets
- Lead the end-to-end management of the product’s strategy, delivery, and supporting operations, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and legal requirements
- Analyze current and future needs and build a roadmap in close collaboration with customers
- Assist a global customer base while partnering with subject matter experts, other product managers, and our sales and marketing team.
- Closely collaborate with the R&D team
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field required.
- Proven track record in leading high-performance cross-functional teams in a global and matrixed environment.
- 8+ years of experience in product management in B2B software and/or engineering domains with a history of translating complex technical needs into clear product strategies and user value.
- Ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a STEM field preferred
- MBA preferred

The pay range for this position is $145,156 - $248,839 annually with a target incentive of 20% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
