Project Engineer

Smart Infrastructure – Electrification & Automation

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution and sales of medium and high voltage products, including switchgear. Key duties include:

• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as factories, contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Providing technical support throughout project implementation and during tender preparation.
• Assisting in the preparation of technical submissions, drawings, and operation manuals.
• Monitoring project progress to ensure timely achievement of milestones and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Conducting site monitoring and coordination to ensure on-site activities are executed according to project plans, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Managing projects in compliance with internal ISO standards and company policies related to safety, health, environment, and quality.
• Supporting the Project Manager and Sales Manager with assigned tasks.
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria or possess equivalent qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the engineering field; experience with medium/high voltage products or in the electrical industry is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Engineer, depending on qualifications and experience.
