About the role:

We are looking for a new team member for our Process & Project Management team.

In this role interaction, cross-collaboration, and project management skills are needed:

• You can chip in to ongoing improvements in our agile project management practices, and to overall process and tools improvement. You will promote Quality and Development procedures and work effectively in a globally dispersed Technical Project Management team.
• You will ensure that new product features are evaluated, prioritized and completed by the project teams. You will assist them in developing a project plan, create related artifacts as needed to support the project, and use project management tools to clearly communicate the status and deliverables.
• As the project manager, you monitor progress, assist teams with focusing on goals, and facilitate communication throughout the project lifecycle. You also handle interested party communications including reporting and exercise guidelines in project management throughout all phases including initiation, planning, monitoring & controlling, and closure. You ensure that development processes are followed and iteratively lead project requirements while keeping interested parties advised.
• Finally, you effectively assess and run risk throughout the project lifecycle.

What you’ll bring:

We would love to hear from you if you have a consistent track record in running technical software projects in a geographically dispersed context. You are a life-long learner, and keen to stay up to date with modern agile project management techniques. You bring hands-on experience with tools like Atlassian JIRA and MS Office.

For this key role, we are looking for a project manager with experience in running and handling complex software projects for commercial simulation software. Experience with our simulation domain or products is a very strong asset, as well as a shown (preferably certified) track record as project manager. Thanks to your excellent (English) social skills you know how to say what needs to be said in a respectful and thoughtful way and lead the team to the success. You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
