Position Overview:

The onsite Material Coordinator will be responsible for managing accurate inventory, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with internal teams, and proficiency in systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office.


What your day may look like:

  • Accurately manage inventory and maintain records using SAP and other systems.
  • Communicate effectively with the Customer Services Team regarding material-related inquiries.
  • Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic and narrow aisle environments.
  • Receive, count, and verify incoming materials; pick and prepare materials for internal and external customers.
  • Pack and ship materials securely and damage-free; load outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation is provided to drivers.
  • Use small hand tools (battery-powered, electrical, and air-powered) proficiently.
  • Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures; actively contribute to process improvements.
  • Work independently with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

What will make you thrive in this role:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in material management and warehouse systems.
  • At least 2 years’ experience operating forklifts, including stand-up reach trucks and order pickers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using SAP for inventory and material tracking.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Skilled in using small hand tools, including battery-powered, electrical, and air-powered tools.

  • Frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Frequently required to climb stairs, steps, and ladders
  • Frequently required to work on elevated platforms.
  • Perform work overhead.
  • Occasionally lift and move at most 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

This position in located in Philadelphia, PA. The salary range for this position is $46,818-$54,876. This position also qualifies for overtime, if available to meet business needs. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
