Your Impact

As our Global E-Tail Distribution Lead, you'll shape the future of our online distribution ecosystem, managing relationships worth over €100M annually. Plus drive our online ecommerce distribution strategy globally.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead strategic partnerships with global e-commerce distribution leaders
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across international markets
  • Build innovative go-to-market strategies
  • Develop and mentor diverse, high-performing teams
  • Influence product strategy and market development
What You'll Bring

  • Distribution & E-tail Sales Leadership: Proven leadership in distribution sales and ecosystem management within complex industrial/digital technology environments, including expertise in driving e-commerce distribution sales and understanding AI-enabled solutions.
  • Global Account & Revenue Growth: Demonstrated global account leadership (managing accounts over $50M) with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and fostering successful partnerships.
  • Partner Program Management: Experience implementing and governing global partner programs, ensuring consistency, enablement, and strong results.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid background in industrial digital technology, smart infrastructure, and/or IT (hardware/software) and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices
  • Strategic & Analytical Prowess: Highly analytical, data-driven, and strategic thinker with excellent communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
  • People & Stakeholder Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, alongside managing CXO-level stakeholder relationships across diverse global functions and business units.
