Senior Sales Manager - Education
- Coaching & Development: Providing comprehensive sales mentoring across all aspects of the sales cycle (prospecting, discovery, deal management, forecasting, closing) through diverse methods including live coaching, one-on-one call reviews, role-playing, and group sessions.
- Performance Management & Engagement: Driving high team engagement and managing performance by ensuring the adoption of our sales methodology and tools. This involves connecting with your team, understanding their motivations, illustrating the link between KPIs and results, and collaborating to deliver outstanding performance.
- Strategic Planning: Assisting team members in developing effective prospecting and action plans to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Accurate Forecasting: Delivering precise and reliable sales forecasts.
- Market Insight: Continuously learning about the market and providing valuable insights to your team and cross-departmental partners (Product, Marketing, etc.) to ensure our offerings align flawlessly with client needs.
- Sales Strategy: Actively contributing to overall sales strategy and planning sessions.
- 8-10 years of experience, including 3 years of SaaS Inside Sales Management experience in a high-velocity, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience managing a sales team focused on expanding accounts through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of Asset Management, CMMS, Operations Software, and/or Facility Management Tech space.
- Experience selling in public markets (SLED industry)
- Experience with transaction and strategic opportunity management.

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually with a commission target of 50% - 75%. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
