Position Overview:
As the Regional Head of GBS H2R COP – HR Services for ASP, you will lead the delivery and transformation of HR services tailored to regional needs while aligning with global standards. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance across all HR service domains. You will be responsible for managing service delivery, leading transformation initiatives, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a customer-specific service delivery model in alignment with global standards.
- Drive transformation initiatives aligned with the GBS H2R roadmap and regional priorities.
- Represent the region in global governance forums and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and execution of regional HR strategy.
2. Operations Management
- Lead end-to-end HR service delivery across all HR services including HR Administration, Travel & Expense, Onboarding, AskHR, and ORS.
- Lead customer service review meetings, handle partner concerns, and ensure service excellence.
- Collaborate with the H2R Customer Relationship organization to identify needs and explore business expansion potential.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
- Oversee compliance audit processes and risk mitigation strategies.
4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Manage virtual teams and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, leading change, and developing talent.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with organizational values and goals.
- Lead effectively in matrixed environments without direct reporting lines.
5. Quality Assurance
- Monitor SLA adherence and service quality metrics.
- Track customer satisfaction scores and feedback.
- Be responsible for employee engagement and team development outcomes.
6. People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing payroll team across regions
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development
- Promote employee engagement and well-being
