Responsibilities
Combines governance and value creation in SI China and maximizes cross BU business and sales excellence to enable sustainable business growth. Create value by setting strategic priorities and ensure execution with quality. Governance via implementation rules of procedures (chain of command) including quality, ESG, safety and security.
  • Drives SI China continuous improvement program and gain cross-BU synergies.
  • Leads assigned strategic initiatives in SI China.
  • Defines key growth levers with BUs & RGMs.
  • Promotes high performance and leads sales effectiveness & efficiency to achieve sales high performance.
  • Run and optimize sales career development with P&O and RGMs and drives sales organizational development with management.
  • Responsible for training program of sales and quality management on smart pioneer, sales manager, KAM & team leader circle etc.
  • Responsible for continuous enhancement of SI Sales Incentive Plans.
  • Responsible for quality management & reporting, ESG, NPS & SI Hotline, circular management etc.

Who are we looking for?
  • 10+ years commercial / strategy / sales / factory management experiences in Siemens or other multinational companies.
  • Strong interest and experience in Smart Infrastructure related business.
  • Strong Project Management experience with collaboration across international teams.
  • Clear vision on business and market & sales development trend.
  • Leadership skills and innovative and unlimited thinking.
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with framework to process complicated issues.
  • Open minded and growth mindset of inclusive, experimenting, resilient and with outside in perspective.
  • Be able to drive growth and learning culture and shape a learning organization.
  • Proficiency of oral/written English.
  • Strong presentation skills.
