We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Python, React, Full Stack)

You’ll make a difference by:

• Bringing 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering within an Agile environment.
• Demonstrating strong skills in analysing information, debugging, documentation, testing, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
• Applying an analytical mindset with a strong aptitude for solving complex problems.
• Designing and implementing Event-Driven, Service-Based, and Cloud-Native Architectures.
• Building scalable applications using Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Working with ORM frameworks like SQLAlchemy for efficient database interaction.
• Developing rich user interfaces using ReactJS, with experience in Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
• Working with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
• Implementing messaging and streaming solutions using Apache Kafka and related technologies.
• Managing source code with Git and collaborating via platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
• Deploying and orchestrating applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Using HELM for Kubernetes package management and terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Argo CD, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Working with AWS Cloud Services for scalable and secure cloud-native application development.
• Operating effectively in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Estimating software development efforts accurately and efficiently.
• Possessing a deep understanding of advanced software concepts such as multithreading, asynchronous programming, and inter-process communication.

Desired Skills:

• 10+ years of experience is required.
