What will you do if join us?
Position Overview:
The product manager of the industry drive or motor is the global responsible product owner, who will define and deliver the competitive products to the target market according to the market needs of China and globally with the unique selling point to win the profitable business growth.

Development program is targeting to develop the future international product manager. Join us now to develop your knowledge, experience, networking in the international scope for the coming revolution of the manufactory industry.
o Identify market opportunities to enhance the product portfolio in target market segment.
o Develop the business plan by aligning with target regions.
o Define the product requirements by understanding of customer needs and create customer value proposition.
o Cooperate with cross-function team to develop the product within target cost, timeline and features.
o Coordinate PLM activities to attain the best product result across its product life cycle.

Who are we looking for?
• An above-average Master's, Diploma, Doctoral Degree or equivalent
• Maximum of 2 years of working experience between/after bachelor and master graduation
• Minimum of 4 months of international experience gained either through studying, working or living
• Flexibility and mobility especially within the program duration
• Excellent command of English

Other Requirements  
• Major Preferred in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Electronics Engineering, mechanical engineering related majors
• Have the knowledge of Engineering background or marketing and management background;
