Siemens is searching for an exceptional Head of Service Operations to spearhead our service and maintenance operations across critical building technology solutions. This is a high-impact role where strategic thinking meets hands-on leadership — ideal for someone passionate about driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer success in a fast-evolving technical landscape.

As Head of Service Operations, you’ll define and deliver a compelling service strategy that drives business growth and operational excellence. You’ll lead a talented team of up to 100 professionals, ensuring we continue to set the benchmark for reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction. From modernizing our service portfolio to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leader with:
• Proven success in P&L management, financial planning, and achieving ambitious targets
• Experience with a technology and software driven service operation
• A strong background in service and maintenance for Building Management Control Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and Energy Management Solutions
• A record of driving modernization programs, operational efficiency, and sales growth
• A passion for leading people, nurturing talent, and building high-performing teams
• The agility to navigate a complex, matrix organization while collaborating across functions to deliver integrated solutions
