As a EMEA Strategic Alliance Manager, you will lead Siemens’ partner strategy across the EMEA Zone, fostering high-impact alliances with global and regional system integrators and technology partners. You will be responsible for the execution of regional go-to-market initiatives, co-sell frameworks, and strategic growth programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and digital transformation outcomes.
This role is ideal for a high-energy relationship builder with a strategic mindset and a consistent track record of accomplishment in running enterprise-level partnerships across diverse markets.
This is a home-based role which will require international travel up to 30% of the time.
You'll make an impact by:
- Build, expand, and manage regional strategic alliances aligned with global ecosystem goals.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships across partner organisations to drive trust and mutual business value.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to monitor progress and plan for future growth.
- Localise and implement global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies across regions, tailored to market dynamics and partner capabilities. Lead the creation of joint opportunities with identified set of GSI’s.
- Support joint sales efforts, shared marketing campaigns, and collaborative product launches across regions.
- Provide partners with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed in their region.
- Define and report KPIs including pipeline growth, revenue impact, deal velocity, and customer success.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, partner SLAs, and operational processes.
- Review how partnerships are performing and improve programs to deliver better results locally.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to align the strategy with regional priorities.
- Be the internal voice for partner success in each zone, advocating for tools, support, and investments.
- Identify unmet customer needs and regional trends to drive differentiated, partner-led -solutions.
- Lead or support co-innovation projects integrating Siemens and partner technologies.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- Extensive experience building and managing teams, driving business growth across global markets, especially with large system integrators (GSIs).
- Strong leadership background in handling international teams and working with partners across different regions and departments.
- In-depth knowledge of digital transformation especially OT/IT convergence and sustainability trends across industries such as Manufacturing, Energy, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Battery, Food & Beverage (Consumer Products), Pharma, Paperless Manufacturing, Chemicals (incl. Hydrogen), Water & Wastewater, Semiconductor & Electronics, Industrial Machinery, Mining, Metals & Minerals and Hydrogen.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and transformation strategies, with experience in engineering and enterprise platforms. Familiarity with tools like cloud computing, automation software, and digital twin solutions is a plus.
- Consistent record of launching and managing global partner programs that deliver consistent results and support partner success.
- Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with a strategic and analytical mentality for making informed decisions.
- Clear and confident communicator who is fluent in English, and able to engage and influence senior leaders effectively.
- Experience working within matrixed, global organizations, and proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and partner ecosystems.
