Working Student (f/m/d) - Global Employer Branding 

We're on the lookout for a dynamic working student to join our global Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Team. Help us shape and promote Siemens’ identity as an employer of choice, attracting and engaging top talent.

Your mission:

• Support various Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives — including strategic projects, our global employer branding toolbox, employer rankings, events, and internal engagement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, consolidate data and feedback, and manage ad-hoc requests.
• Engage with our global Employer Branding community to support the implementation and localization of our global strategy.
• Collaborate closely with our global, cross-functional team and key stakeholders.
• Stay up to date on the latest Employer Branding trends, benchmarks, and rankings.

What you bring to the team:

• You’re currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, and available to work around 20 hours per week.
• You have a strong interest in Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, and Talent Acquisition — previous experience in these areas is a plus.
• You’re a passionate team player, quick to learn, and eager to contribute.
• You work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail.
• You’re proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• You’re fluent in English, our main working language.
• Skills in Canva or other graphic design tools are a plus.
• Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
