Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Siemens standards and customer expectations.
    • Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and monitoring plans.
    • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management
    • Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
    • Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns, and driving satisfaction.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Risk & Cost Management
    • Conduct risk analysis and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
    • Drive cost control and budget management, ensuring profitability of projects.
    • Monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, and quality compliance.
  • Leadership & Coordination
    • Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring effective performance and development.
    • Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions related to project portfolio.
    • Implement best practices in planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred).

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in WHRPP, Biomass, and Biogas power plant projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools.
  • Hands-on experience in customer handling and managing multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, cost management, and reporting frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation) or related field.
  • PMP Certification
  • 20-25 years of proven project management experience in power & renewable energy projects.
