Today, we are recruiting for a Service Technician to join our team in Turkey. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

 

What are my responsibilities?

  • Perform fault-finding activities on complex high-speed train systems.
  • Participate in installation, test runs, repairs, and overhauls of high-speed train equipment.
  • Carry out commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Analyze performance data gathered from field operations and contribute to improvement recommendations and product modifications.
  • Support technical teams during service interventions to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of tasks.
 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s or vocational degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or an equivalent technical field).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service operations, maintenance, or fault-finding activities.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve faults in complex systems.
  • Mechanically inclined with strong hands-on technical capability.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Military service completed (for male candidates).
  • No travel restrictions: willingness to travel as required
