You will help deliver innovative projects to deploy high-power charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, leveraging Siemens’ newest-generation solutions.

Tasks / responsibilities:

• Drive & grow eMobility business in your region / country incl. own regional P&L, covering the full portfolio range of products, systems, solutions and services
• Implement regional growth strategy in the country, upon global eMobility strategy and focus on key market segments: depot / fleet and public high power charging
• Develop and lead the eMobility team in France in terms of capabilities, capacities and performance, i.e. manage, develop and drive managers in your areas of responsibility
• Enable exponential growth regional portfolio through strong country focus
• Set up & steer an effective vertical- / channel-oriented market coverage for your country and collaborate with other countries for regional accounts
• Ensure profitable growth by flawlessly executing projects, reducing and effectively managing NCCs and driving productivity
• Maximize market coverage across all channels incl. indirect channels e.g. major key accounts, bus & truck OEMs, distributors and partner business
• Capitalize on eMobility portfolio to support our customers on their way to carbon neutrality
• Be an ambassador for our eMobility business on country level for both internal and external matters (role in the society, setup efficient)
• Steer own local workshops and host other global and regional eMobility functions e.g. PLM, R&D Customer Service
  

Competence / Experience:

• >5 years of management & leadership experience incl. P&L and financials
• Sound business understanding in eMobility industry
• Strong sales background, ideally paired with sound project management skills and/or, experiences in product management.
• Ideally, electrical engineering / industrial engineering degree or comparable.
• Service- and Software experience would be beneficial.
• Sustainability mindset and passion for eMobility
