The Global Executive Recruiting Team is specialized in hiring strategically for senior management roles across the globe, by identifying top-level executives for key leadership positions that will drive the Siemens transformation. In addition, our Controlling and Finance Assurance (CF A) Recruiting Team offers full-cycle talent acquisition for the Siemens CF A talent incubator.  

We are a truly international team as our Recruiting Managers are based in Germany, China, UAE, US and Singapore. As of now, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) based in Singapore (up to 75% remote possible) to support our Global Executive & CF A Recruiting department for at least 1 year (15-20/h per week).

This will be your impact: 

  • Design compelling PowerPoint presentations for Top and Senior Management meetings, showcasing your ability to deliver information precisely and creatively. 
  • Support executive search and talent acquisition efforts by identifying the right candidates, using diverse sourcing channels. 
  • Maintain high data quality standards by coordinating, collecting and preparing reports. 
  • Work independently while providing support with administrative tasks, such as candidate management. 
 This is how you’ll win us over: 
  • Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.  
  • A collaborative team player with a strong interest in People & Organization topics; prior HR experience is an advantage. 
  • Passionate about creating engaging presentations with keen attention to details. 
  • Experience in active sourcing (e.g.: LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and a passion for data analytics. 
  • Ability to work independently, organize tasks effectively, and meet internal deadlines. 
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), German is a plus. 
  • Motivated, proactive, and creative, with a strong drive to contribute and innovate.
