Sr. Process Lead - Hire to Retire

Position Overview:
This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR services across regions. The position requires expertise in HR administration, HR systems, and employee query handling (AskHR), ensuring operational excellence and supporting transformation initiatives.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Manage HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle employee inquiries through AskHR and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with customers and global teams to implement standardized processes.
- Support HR transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global HR policies and local regulations.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for HR service performance and metrics..
Your success is grounded in:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 14+ years in HR Services or Shared Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
