Quality Management Specialist – Advanced
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, maintain and improve the quality management system that meets the business expectations
- Develop and administer quality systems/tools/ materials and implement defined corporate Quality initiatives. Includes ISO 9001, and continuous improvement processes
- Contribute towards setting the direction and policies related to various subject areas.
- Identify and implement the ISO 9001 requirements that are relevant for the business and support functions
- Enable practitioners on the processes by way of creating trainings, conducting trainings and assessments
- Conduct reviews, internal audits and support external audits to obtain / sustain certification
- Facilitate customer feedback analysis for internal and external customers
- Work with interested parties to identify, implement and adopt process improvements
- Advise management on addressing key issues
- Work closely with PMO and technical teams to ensure high quality of offerings and deliverables
- Mentor and train all levels of personnel through special projects.
- Create enablement material related to processes and assess the team's knowledge
- Adopt organization tools and systems relevant for quality management and compliance
- Facilitate process tools and techniques (e.g. 8D analysis, RCA etc.)
- Provide a high level of support/expertise in multiple subject areas / methodologies.
- Assume a lead role on special projects. Formulate solutions to issues or process improvements to management.
- Reviews pioneering technologies so that processes use standard methodologies.

The person
- Graduate in Engineering or Science (Other graduates with exceptional track record and relevant experience may be considered)
- Certified Lead Auditor on ISO 9001:2015
- Experience – Total around 10 years in quality, auditing and process domain
- Hands on experience of implementing ISO 9001 in IT / Service environment
- Should demonstrate results in a time bound manner
- Proactive, Self-driven and Able to work independently with least supervision
- Able to work in a multi-dimensional matrix organization as an individual contributor, through influencing, collaboration and coordination with globally distributed teams
- Good communication, persuasion and reporting skills
- Proficiency with office collaboration tools
- Preferred – SEPG or CMMI assessment member; Experience of ISO 27001 / ISO 20000 / ITIL; Proficiency in foreign language other than English; Project management or SW delivery experience
