Are you passionate about driving change and supporting organizational development? At Siemens, we are looking for a motivated student worker to join our Project & Management Office team. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, organizational design, and process optimization within a global technology company committed to sustainability and innovation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive and support various topics and projects within the Project & Management Office
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on workshops and meetings
- Create presentation materials and communicate with stakeholders
- Assist with administrative processes by contributing to workflow optimization and digital solutions
- Support organizational design and process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- With a confident, ambitious, and solution-oriented mindset, you will gradually take ownership of your own topics and responsibilities
To succeed in this role, we expect that you:
- Currently enrolled at a Swedish university in business administration, management, psychology, HR, economics, or similar fields, with at least one year remaining in your studies
- Preferably some professional experience in a corporate environment (e.g., internship or summer job)
- Knowledge or interest in project management and administration
- Strong desire to apply theoretical knowledge in practice and actively drive change forward
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Positive, flexible, and resilient personality with a strong team orientation
- Professional written and oral communication skills in English are required; Swedish is preferred
