• We are seeking an experienced AI Manager with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into impactful AI-driven outcomes. This role will drive our AI strategy, lead solution development, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
• AI Strategy & Leadership
• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s AI roadmap, focusing on LLM-based and generative AI solutions. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend best-fit solutions for business needs. Mentor and guide AI engineers, data scientists, and developers in implementing cutting-edge AI techniques.
•  AI Solution Development
• Architect, design, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, including model selection, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and production deployment. Work extensively with OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, and other state-of-the-art LLMs. Lead custom LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings-based solutions, and agentic workflows. Build scalable AI microservices, APIs, and integrations supporting enterprise applications.
• Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
• Translate complex business requirements into AI solution designs and technical specifications. Manage project timelines, resource planning, and delivery milestones for AI initiatives. Collaborate with product owners, business units, and engineering teams to ensure successful adoption and rollout of AI solutions.
• Data & Model Performance
• Oversee data preparation, labeling, feature engineering, and data governance required for AI model development. Define evaluation metrics, conduct model benchmarking, and ensure alignment with performance, accuracy, and compliance standards. Monitor and optimize models post-deployment to ensure long-term reliability and efficiency.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure AI solutions are implemented in accordance with security, ethical AI, and regulatory standards. Establish best practices, documentation, and operational guidelines for AI development and deployment.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field; PhD is a plus.
• 7–12 years of experience in AI/ML, with a minimum of 3-5 years working directly with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face. Expertise in fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, vector databases, and MLOps workflows.
• Experience leading AI teams or projects in an enterprise or product-based environment. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps/MLOps practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing agentic AI architectures or multi-agent orchestration.
• Exposure to analytics, automation, or data engineering platforms.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs, microservices, or workflow engines.
• Understanding of AI security, model risk management, and ethical AI frameworks.
