You’ll make a difference by:
- Posting of Cash payments on time and accurately.
- Supporting on Reporting requirements.
- Analyzing unidentified cash/incoming payments.
- Be responsible for reporting and documentation.
- Contributing to teamwork for achieving SLA.
- Interface with offshore.
- Flexible for shifts.
- Accountable for Achieving the targets agreed with customers and management.
- Responsible for processing AR Customer payments in the SAP ERP system.
- Achieve the agreed customer service levels and performance metrics associate with payment processing.
- Ensure all process procedures are adhered while processing the AR payments into the SAP ERP.
- Work closely with collectors/Front Office to drive towards solutions.
- Provide training to new joiners & resolving queries in timely manner.
- Responsible for providing data to team leader in the absence of Process expert.
- Suggest & drive improvement projects within the process.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.
- Good Verbal and written Communication skills.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in working with team.
- Demonstrated a good thought process in problem solving.
