Are you ready to power the future? At Siemens, we're building the critical infrastructure for tomorrow's data centers, and we need your leadership to make it happen. If you're a Project Manager with a passion for cutting-edge power distribution and a drive to create a better tomorrow, let's connect!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
As a Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of complex, high-stakes projects, guiding them from contract signing to successful handover. You'll lead the planning, execution, and finalization of Low and Medium Voltage Power Distribution Systems for international data center giants. This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about orchestrating success in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

What makes this role electrifying?
You'll dive deep into the world of advanced power solutions, including:
  • State-of-the-art technology: From Sivacon busbar trunking systems and NXAIR/8DJH/NXPLUS C switchgears to modular e-houses and digital protection systems like SIPROTEC.
  • High-impact projects: Delivering essential power infrastructure for large-scale, fast-track data centers globally.
  • Strategic leadership: Mastering stakeholder management, especially during critical milestones like Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
  • Unwavering focus on safety: Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence, particularly during site activities.

The Team
The business unit is located in The Hague, where all teams, like sales, logistics, engineering, finance, purchasing, and execution, work closely together. The Project Management team comprises 35 project managers, organized into sub teams. The atmosphere is informal and professional. Within the business unit, we have more than 55 different nationalities.

You'll be responsible for:
  • End-to-end project ownership: Guiding projects through engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation, and commissioning.
  • Client partnership: Translating client needs into clear project requirements and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Team empowerment: Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Financial & Risk Acumen: Managing budgets, mitigating risks, and making data-driven adjustments.

We're looking for a "super mind" who brings:
  • Proven Experience: 7+ years as a successful Project Manager, ideally with a focus on Electrical Engineering and multidisciplinary projects.
  • Certifications: PMP or IPMA, and VCA VOL or ISO 45001 safety certification.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent client-facing communication, strong organizational abilities, advanced time management, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 25%).

What we offer: Join a diverse, entrepreneurial team in an open and collaborative culture where your contributions truly matter.
  • Flexibility: Organize your work to suit you – flexible hours, workplaces, and full-time or part-time options (minimum 32 hours).
  • Competitive Rewards: An excellent salary combined with a Benefits Budget of 13,85%.
  • Growth & Development: Access to our "long life learning" program, actively stimulating your continuous growth and development.
  • Inclusive Environment: We believe diversity fuels innovation, welcoming bright minds from all backgrounds.
