Position Overview

We are seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our team at the Kalwa TF Factory. This role is critical in ensuring workplace health and safety, providing medical support, and promoting health awareness among employees.


Qualifications

Paramedic with B.Sc. Nursing or GNM qualification

Fluency in English and Marathi preferred


Experience

Total: 4–5 years

Preferred: Experience in industrial medical centers

Additional: Exposure to hospitals/clinics


Key Responsibilities

Manage sickness and accident cases at the workplace under Doctor.

Organize and assist in health check-ups (Periodic Medical Examination, Preventive health checks, Pre employment health checks and others)

Liaise with consultants, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.

Assist in internal and external audits

Manage inventory and biomedical waste.

Maintain comprehensive data in SEIL tools and applications

Document morbidity data and update records

Support health promotion and awareness programs.

Conduct first aid and other training for employees at workplace and project sites

Participate in project site visits and health camps

Perform additional tasks as instructed by the location doctor
