Working Student (f/m/d) – People Analytics in Talent Acquisition
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 16-20 hours/week

You'll make an impact by
- You support our team by refreshing data for management dashboards using Power BI, ensuring that insights are always up to date
- Building on this, you assist in the data ETL process, primarily working with Excel-based sources while staying curious about exploring new tools and possibilities
- In addition, you keep track of timely report deliveries by extracting and storing data in line with our reporting processes
- To further enhance our workflow, you help organize our SharePoint and suggest improvements for a clean, efficient data structure
- Finally, you contribute to improving low to medium complexity data models and support the team with various daily tasks as needed
This is how you'll win us over
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience and Skills:
- You are proficient in writing and understanding complex formulae in MS Excel and handle MS Office confidently
- Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Power BI and DAX
- You are eager to learn about data ETL processes and dashboard management
- Ways of Working: You are proactive, curious, empathetic, and work well within a team, showing high commitment and motivation
- Languages: You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
