You’ll make an impact by:

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management for Substation Protection and Automation solutions.
• Collaborate with global partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product goals.
• Translate market insights and customer requirements into actionable product features.
• Oversee requirements engineering and business analysis to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Influence cross-functional teams and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• B. Tech / BE in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar role within a software development environment.
• 15+ years of overall experience in the software development industry, including 10+ years in programming roles.
• In-depth product knowledge of the Substation Protection and Automation market.
• Solid understanding of power systems, particularly in power system protection.
• Proven expertise in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
• Ability to define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Advanced skills in product strategy and management.
• Exceptional collaboration and influencing capabilities.
• Demonstrated proficiency in global partner management.
• Strong entrepreneurial approach with a track record of driving business growth.
• Strategic and innovative orientation with a focus on future-ready solutions.
