About the Role: You will act as the local FI/CO SherpaX SAP Project subject matter expert for the Electrification & Automation (EA) AIS factory in Gebze. You will bridge the gap between the Global SherpaX S/4HANA template and our financial reporting & manufacturing requirements within Finance Organization as well as supporting other System Business Factories in SI network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Lead the rollout of the SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) template at the Gebze plant.
  • FI/CO Reporting & Value-flow: Analyze the Factory reporting requirements, generate and map value-flow between order management / production à FI/CO and align with the global team accordingly, while maintaining global process standards ("Fit-to-Standard").
  • Localization: Bridge the gap between local Tax and Accounting teams of Siemens A.Ş. and the related global SherpaX template team.
  • Product Costing (Critical): Support the end-to-end setups for Product Costing (CO-PC), BOMs & Routings to ensure healthy plan / actual product cost variance analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Gebze Plant Financial Controlling and the Global SherpaX program leadership in Germany.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in SAP FI/CO, with at least one full S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield/Brownfield). A very good understanding of SAP value-flow (SD / PP  FI/CO).
  • Industry: Experience in Manufacturing (Engineer-to-Order, Design-to-Order is an asset.)
  • Local Knowledge: Knowledge in fundamental concepts of local Turkish legal commercial practices.
  • Language: Fluent English (for global engagement) and Turkish (for factory operations).
