• B.Tech/Diploma

• Experience having >5 years. In pre-sales support, bid preparation, technical discussion, order acquisition, engineering and order execution of Low Voltage switchboards. Candidates with excellent written, verbal communication, presentation & negotiation skills are prerequisites.

• Required to have hands-on technical knowledge & detailed understanding of LV switchgears and LV switchboards

• Advanced knowledge of project execution planning, milestone tracking , vendor monitoring and inspection / testing of LV switchboards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the order execution and management of SIEPAN / SIVACON panels which includes timely execution of panel orders by partners, interaction with customer for engineering, drawing approval, optimizing selection, stage inspection and change incorporation / customization. Settlement of claims with the customer for scope change etc.

• Follow up with factory/ logistics for organizing Siemens material, ensuring timely procurement of bought-out material required for completion of the project.

• Compliance with quality assurance plan (QAP) as required by customers and conduct regular review meetings with customers for systematic execution of SIEPAN orders

• Ensure close collaboration with all stakeholders like sales, business promotion/development & finance
