We are looking for: IT Solution Expert/ Service Management/AI/Cloud

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• Together with our team, you are customer key contact for dedicated IT services provided for governance units in Germany (Siemens HQ).
• You will work in international, agile, self-organized teams.
• You will do service management and sometimes also application management on a technical layer.
• Analyze the future business needs together with specialists and come back to the customer with possible future IT solutions.
• In collaboration with our internal team or external partners, you (let) implement, configure and maintain dedicated IT solutions.
• The existing special IT landscape for governance units must be continuously improved.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 8–10 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience in Cloud, AI, and digitalization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong motivation to learn new technologies and domains.
• Hands‑on knowledge of modern technologies such as AI, Snowflake, automation, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience in service management and application management.
• Strong digitalization background, including automation, AI, and data‑driven solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies.
• Experience in requirements engineering, IT solution development, and implementation with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Very good English communication skills; German is a plus, but not required.
