Are you a new graduate looking for an exciting career opportunity with Siemens? Our unique 5-Month New Graduate Training program prepares you for future leadership roles in the company. The Siemens Certified Education & Talent Academy (SCETA) program combines theory and practice geared towards technical and professional new grads. It offers a wide array of technical, interpersonal, and business acumen training and places them in roles within various industry units within Siemens Canada.
The SCETA program starts with a 3-week paid orientation, and new grads complete a 5-month term beginning in May 2026. Once their SCETA terms are complete, proficient students may be hired full-time with Siemens.

Role Overview
As a GenAI Enablement and Adoption Specialist, you’ll play a key role in advancing Siemens’ use of generative AI by exploring relevant technologies, educating colleagues through workshops and training, and collaborating across departments to identify and implement innovative AI solutions. You’ll also contribute to thought leadership by creating content and supporting the company’s overall GenAI strategy and adoption initiatives.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Research and learn about various GenAI tools, platforms, and use cases relevant to Siemens' business
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate other Siemens employees on GenAI capabilities, best practices, and responsible use according to company compliance standards
- Facilitate ideation sessions and consult with different departments to identify potential GenAI use cases, build business cases, and pilot opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate GenAI-powered solutions, using prompt engineering and context design techniques
- Stay up to date on the latest GenAI industry trends and technologies
- Assist in the creation of GenAI-related content, such as blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership pieces
- Support the broader GenAI strategy and adoption efforts at Siemens, including change management and employee engagement
- Track KPIs to measure adoption, impact, and success of GenAI initiatives
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- Graduating (or graduated in the last 12 months) from a university or college program in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong interest and some prior experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or generative AI technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills
- Software Development Experience (any stack, Python preferred)
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Siemens' products, services, and industry landscape is a plus
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and App Services would be an asset
