Job profile: 
Responsible for order acquisition from Direct / Indirect customers (through Channel Partners) in the 
region based on given targets for Low Voltage Switchgear. 
Prepare Plan for achieving the given Targets, periodic monitoring of the progress and take appropriate 
corrective actions to bridge the gap. 
Periodical updating of CRM tool. 
Work together with OEMs, Contractors and End-users to develop their switchgear, motor requirements. 
Optimize the offering based on Siemens products. Sell the solution to the customer through authorized 
channels. 
Account management of Top Retention and Conversion Customers. 
Follow-up and ensure the Payments are collected from the customer on time. 
Periodically visit channels to review their performance and guide them to bridge the gap. 
Carrying out promotional activities like customer presentations etc. 
Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 
Knowledge & experience in sales of Low voltage switchgear, low voltage motors & automation products. 
To handle the Low Voltage Switchgear business of Rajasthan. Kota, Jodhpur, Ajmer Market. sales 
team in routine determined working environment, expected to manage different work processes 
according to procedures and agreed service and quality level and to analyze, evaluate and resolve 
upcoming operational and/or procedural issues. Plans activities and measures, short term on a weekly base 
up to a month ahead. Ensuring target achievement and assigning personnel resources in a demanding environment.          
Carrying out promotional activities like customer presentations, DEMO's etc. 
Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 
Knowledge & experience in sales of Low voltage switchgear products.
“B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 12–15 years of sales experience in the above-mentioned   territories.”
