About the role
Join our People & Organization team and become part of a supportive, friendly, and collaborative environment. We value creative thinking, fresh ideas, and smarter ways of working. As a Student Worker, you’ll get broad exposure to P&O operations and coordination while working closely with dedicated colleagues and managers across Sweden and the Nordics.
You will get to:
- Support P&O‑related tasks, coordination, and ongoing projects.
- Plan and host our monthly onboarding days—being the welcoming face for new colleagues.
- Assist with parts of the recruitment process, such as coordinating interviews or helping with student worker hiring.
- Contribute to employee‑related activities, communication, and process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with managers and act as a reliable contact for P&O‑related matters.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Help shape a smooth and positive experience for employees, candidate and managers..
- Coordinate and host monthly onboarding days in our Solna office.
- Support P&O tasks, projects, and administrative processes.
- Assist with selected recruitment activities, such as scheduling and communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processes and clear communication.
- Provide reliable support to your P&O colleagues.
What we’re looking for
- You are currently enrolled in a university program with a minimum of one year of studies remaining, and preferably longer, as we aim for a long‑term student worker.
- You can work 10–16 hours weekly and are available for two full days at the beginning of each month for onboarding.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English and comfortable communicating in a professional setting.
- You have some experience within P&O/HR, recruitment, or administrative work—through studies, internships, or part-time roles.
- Most importantly, you are motivated, engaged, and eager to learn and grow.
