We are looking for Operational Buyer

You’ll make a difference by

  • Create purchase orders based on production needs and inventory replenishment using SAP and One SRM.
  • Provide detailed information on material availability to production planning, product management, and sales.
  • Accounts Payable Reconciliation.
  • Coordinate expedites and pushouts with shipper agencies, logistics partners, and customs.
  • Work with quality management teams to process return goods and ensure credit receipt.
  • Develop effective communication with project management, procurement, finance, and suppliers.
  • Maintain supplier performance and drive vendor-development activities.
  • Manage GR/IR and purchase order maintenance, including aging, goods receipts vs invoices, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Review invoices in P2P tool, info records, and confirmation messages.
  • Coordinate quality returns and ensure proper credit postings.
  • Maintain Supply KPIs.

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Previous experience or education in Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • Experience in building reports preferred.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
