Senseye Predictive Maintenance is an industry-leading cloud-based solution for predictive maintenance that was acquired by Siemens in 2022. With cutting-edge machine learning technologies, it empowers industrial customers to minimize unplanned downtime, optimize maintenance operations, and enhance the sustainability of their manufacturing processes.

Our web application, Senseye PdM, provides our customers with prognostic and condition monitoring tools at scale without the need for expert manual analysis.

Customer Success Manager ensures we support and provide guidance with collaborative working between Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery departments. We are devoted and empowered to do everything reasonably possible to lead a customer to project success. As a Customer Success Manager, you have that rare ability to combine personal and technical skills to provide continuous guidance to customers during onboarding and on an ongoing basis, forming an adroit relationship that ultimately leads to the renewal and expansion of customer business. The role focuses on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting the technical aspects of deploying SenseyePdM to customers distributed globally across various industries.

We are looking for Customer Success Manager- Predictive Maintenance. This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the continental United States.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Lead regional teams by influencing to build and manage successful relationships, and project managing the onboarding process, ensuring our customer’s experience is seamless.

  • Present new and updated application features to customers, helping to drive adoption through these enhanced functionalities.

  • Experience of Condition Monitoring practices in the industrial setting is highly desired as expectation will be to engage on a technical level with client project and maintenance teams.

  • Advising customers how to implement and gain value from SenseyePdM. Customer Satisfaction is a key KPI in the business.

  • The ability to independently manage projects and prioritize workload is a vital skill required of the position.

  • Lead support responses and coordination for key accounts
  • Lead sales and technical meetings with customers, internal stakeholders and prospects with existing accounts

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical subject such as Engineering, Physics or equivalent. 
  • 8+ years’ industrial experience in a technical role
  • Create standard-setting collateral to explain customer value leadership in a relatable and accessible manner to customer senior and technical leadership
  • Champion capture and realization of new product concepts to meet customer demands and requests.
  • Support Business Development and Marketing colleagues with development of collateral and new prospect meetings.
  • Develop and implement new processes and collateral in collaboration with marketing and engineering departments to promote account growth & a better customer experience.
  • Strong reliability engineering skills are desirable including experience in maintenance practices and policies.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven report writing and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and support project activities from a technical perspective.
  • Experience collaborating with software development teams.
  • An appreciation for machine learning and signal processing methods is desired but not essential.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and the IIOT is desired but not essential.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in the fields of condition monitoring, vibration analysis or signal processing.
  • Additional language, preferably Spanish or Portuguese.

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
