We are looking for: IIT Solution Expert - SAP BTP Integration Suite / MDI / Datasphere Expert

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• Designing, developing, and delivering sophisticated integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors, and Sophisticated Event Mesh
• Implementing and optimizing SAP Master Data Integration (MDI) to enable harmonized and consistent master data across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes
• Crafting and developing SAP Datasphere data models, data flows, and analytical views to support enterprise‑level reporting and analytics
• Collaborating with solution architects to define end‑to‑end integration and data architectures that are scalable, secure, and high‑performing
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring consistency to guidelines in integration develop, data modeling, and governance
• Proactively fix and optimizing integration and data solutions to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency
• Producing high‑quality user documentation and promoting integration and data governance standards
• Working closely with business participants, functional consultants, and multi-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Continuously learning and innovating by evaluating new SAP BTP, MDI, and Datasphere capabilities

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in SAP integration and data engineering roles
• Deep hands‑on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including:
• SAP Cloud Integration (iFlows, adapters, message mappings using Groovy/XSLT)
• SAP API Management (API develop, security, lifecycle management)
• Familiarity with SAP Open Connectors and SAP Sophisticated Event Mesh
• Strong development experience in SAP Datasphere, including data modeling, data flows, analytical views, and SQL/HANA
• Solid grasp of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance in cloud environments
• Practical experience or knowledge of SAP Master Data Integration (MDI) concepts, architecture, and integration patterns
• Broad understanding of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, C/4HANA) and integration touchpoints
• Experience working on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (nice to have)
• Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, OData, and integration security procedures (OAuth, SAML, encryption)
• Additional skills such as Python, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Databricks, or SLT are an advantage
• Excellent analytical, fix, and problem‑solving skills with proven attention to detail
• Effective communication and participant leadership skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are a plus
• Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative environment and contribute as a good team player
