Are you highly skilled C++Software Engineer who wants to contribute to the development of innovative, high‑performance software solutions used by engineering teams across the world?

Our crash safety and interface development team plays a crucial role in the development of the HyperMesh product. We are primarily responsible for creating pre-processors, developing various modules within HyperMesh, and focusing on interface development. In addition to developing model workflows and model setup tools, a significant part of our work involves creating crash and safety tools, such as those for dummy and seat positioning.

You'll make a difference by:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high‑quality software components for complex SIM products and platforms.
• Leading technical design discussions, contributing to architectural direction, and ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including product management, QA, UX, and fellow engineers.
• Reviewing code, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting best practices in software engineering.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving sophisticated software issues across multiple layers of the technology stack.
• Driving continuous improvement across development processes, tooling, automation, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement new efficient, reusable and reliable C++ code, modularizing and commonizing various modules across HyperWorks.

Your success is grounded in:

• Strong experience developing production‑grade software. Proficiency and working experience in C++ programming and object-oriented principals, design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
• Working/Basic knowledge of Python and Tcl/Tk scripting language or similar scripting language
• A proactive, quality‑driven mindset with a passion for building reliable, maintainable, and high‑performance software.
• Experience with modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with low-level memory management and multi-threading.
• Knowledge of CAE/Simulation tools, applications and Finite Element Analysis.
• Knowledge of assembly and subsystem workflows and model build applications.
• Knowledge of solvers like Optistruct, Radioss, LsDyna, Abaqus, Ansys etc.
