What part will you play?
In this role you are responsible for Cybersecurity (PSS and IT/OT) in the Unit SI E. In eMobility, the Cybersecurity Officer reports to the SI E CEO (direct reporting line) and the CCSO of SI (functional reporting line).
- You represent eMobility for Cybersecurity topics internally and externally and drive leadership engagement and collaboration across functions as well as other Units in SI and monitor the regulation and legislation landscape to drive required actions and ensure liaison with authorities
- Also, you are responsible for the Cybersecurity strategy as well as maintaining and extending the certified management system
- You drive together with Portfolio Management, IT Management and PSSEs the implementation of the SI Appendix 236 PSS and you drive the process improvements i.e.:
- Clarify the demand and support the development of needed cybersecurity resources, steer and maintain community collaboration and best practice sharing as well as provide an adequate collaboration/knowledge platform
- Support and implement holistic view on Cybersecurity, coordinate/review the incident and vulnerability handling process (incl. guiding of task forces) and support/control the registration of components for security monitoring (SVM)
- Provide regular PSS status updates incl. PSS Maturity status in alignment with the PSSEs to the respective Management and the Principal PSSO and advise on risk management (RM), acts as interface between strategic and operational RM
- Support the qualification of relevant suppliers (Supply Chain Security)
- Additionally, you drive the implementation of the SI Appendix 236 IT/OT and process improvements i.e.:
- Support the adequate set-up of cybersecurity roles, responsibilities and measures in eMobility factories i.e. clarify the demand, and support the development of needed cybersecurity resources
- Provide factory cybersecurity role descriptions / announcement letters and support know-how transfer as well as an adequate collaboration/knowledge platform A
- Revie the applicability of asset classification process (ACP) for IT/OT and D&I assets and devise on dedicated factory security measures based on the factory digitalization level
- You support internal and external audits and report/control the mitigation/improvement measures e.g (CF A cybersecurity audits, IEC 6xxxx, ISO 27k, ISO 9k and others)
Your defining qualities
- Education
- You have a Bachelor´s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or a similar subject
- Experience & Skills
- You bring long years of experience in cybersecurity strategy and planning
- Also, you are experienced with international Cybersecurity Standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443) and with this knowledge you are able to translate a business strategy into a cybersecurity strategy
- You have already gained experience in software development and IT / OT operations
- Ideally, you have additional experience in eMobility and related cybersecurity requirements
- It is a plus if you are certified as an Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Information Security Manager (CISM)
- You have a risk-based approach to cybersecurity activities and investment
