Designation: Performance & Business Controller - EP CS

Roles and Responsibility:

1. 8-12 years of exp driving monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, reporting, and variance analysis.
2. Own and manage SAP-based financial data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
3. Prepare and review MIS, forecasts, and management reports for business leadership.
4. Lead audit coordination and compliance activities, including internal and statutory audits.
5. Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
6. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for actionable business insights.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
8. Perform deep-dive analytical assessments to support decision-making.
9. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Business Heads).
10. Act as a key finance advisor, balancing control, insight, and business enablement.
