What part will you play?

• Be a part of an agile development team of 8-10 people as a software developer to deliver high quality applications 
• Participate in decision making processes together with development team, product owner, product manager and other stakeholders in the project to deliver the best value out of our software solutions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and reliable code across backend and UI components, while expanding your skills across different technologies and environments.
• Actively participate in agile software development lifecycle processes including sprint planning, grooming, sprint review, retrospective.
• Support, guide and mentor your colleagues in the team and collaborate with other team members across the project.
• Follow established coding standards, UI guidelines, testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and architectural guidance provided by the team

What you need to make real what matters.

• BSc., MSc., or PhD. in Computer Science or a related area is a must
• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering is a must
• A solid understanding of object‑oriented programming and common design patterns is a must
• Hands‑on experience with Java is a must
• Experience in backend development with Spring and Spring Boot is a must
• Experience working with relational databases is a must
• Willingness and ability to work across backend, UI, and different programming languages depending on sprint focus and business needs is a must
• Basic experience with web UI development (e.g. Angular or similar frameworks) is a must
• Willingness to learn and contribute to Go‑based services and Linux‑based environments is a must
• Active experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) for daily development tasks including code generation, debugging, and documentation is a must
• Very good command of English and Turkish is a must
• Experience in designing and building REST APIs is a plus
• Experience with Go or Python is a plus
• Experience with Docker and container‑based development is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI) is a plus
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Experience with gRPC‑based service communication is a plus
• Having an Agile mindset and interest in DevOps culture is a plus
