Sales Manager - Low Voltage Motor
Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve the assigned order intake targets for LV Motors in the South Gujarat region.

Drive order acquisition from direct customers and indirect customers through channel partners in the assigned territory.

Plan, develop, and achieve business targets across End Users, EPCs, and OEM segments.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets and customer segments.
-
Manage key accounts effectively, focusing on customer retention and conversion.
-
Follow a systematic sales approach, support CRM processes, and ensure high standards of data quality and market transparency.

Lead product promotion initiatives including in-plant seminars, customer meets, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

Enhance the effectiveness of channel partners through regular engagement, capability-building, and promotional programs.
Requirements / Qualifications
-
Engineering degree in Electrical or a related discipline.
-
3–8 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in LV Motors.

Strong technical knowledge of LV Motors, including Safe and Flameproof motors.

Excellent communication and articulation skills with a strong sales orientation and growth mindset.

Proven ability to manage channels and drive business growth across multiple customer segments.

Proficiency in CRM tools and disciplined sales process adherence.
