Clinical Product Manager for PFA & LAAC (f/m/d)

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for global product and solution management in atrial fibrillation therapy and associated stroke prevention, spanning the entire clinical patient pathway.
- You analyze clinical and market trends, user needs, and competitive activities to identify strategic business and innovation opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions.
- You define and implement innovative solutions aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and clinical outcomes of novel image-guided therapies for patients with atrial fibrillation including Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) and Left Atrial Appendage Closure (LAAC).
- You serve as the clinical point of contact in the area of atrial fibrillation and specifically for PFA and LAAC procedures and you drive strategic collaborations with clinical partners and industry stakeholders to jointly develop and validate new solutions.
- You collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and work closely with internal business units to optimize clinical workflows along the patient pathway by enhancing our portfolio with new and improved solution elements.
- You are responsible for clinical validation and workflow optimization in close collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, assuring strong clinical network to identify, co-create and capitalize on new opportunities.
- You jointly develop clinically relevant communication strategies, materials, and training concepts with the global electrophysiology and structural heart teams to effectively market and position solutions to guide PFA and LAAC procedures.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a degree in natural sciences, engineering, medical technology, or human medicine – or a comparable qualification.
- You have solid experience in product management, as a clinical specialist and/or clinical marketing, preferably in the medical technology sector – ideally with a focus on electrophysiology and/or structural heart disease.
- You have experience in structural heart disease/atrial fibrillation, ideally with direct exposure to cardiology procedures and structural heart interventions.
- You possess knowledge of imaging modalities such as CT, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy, as well as artificial intelligence and their application in electrophysiology and/or structural heart procedures.
- You are able to translate complex clinical contexts into strategic product concepts and further develop them within interdisciplinary teams.
- You have strong communication and coordination skills, as well as experience collaborating with international and cross‑functional teams.
- You possess solid business acumen and strong skills in product and marketing management, market analysis, healthcare systems, and the economic requirements of relevant customer segments.
