There are hardly any industrial areas where the programs I and my colleagues tested or developed are not present. The company evosoft, in its full name evosoft Hungary Kft. Learning & Development Manager
(2-year fixed-term position)
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our organization for a 2-year definite period, supporting evosoft in building future-ready skills and sustainable capabilities.
In this role, you will act as a key contributor to our corporate competency management framework. Your work will directly support the development of technical, professional and leadership capabilities required in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
- Define, drive and continuously evolve the Learning & Development strategy in alignment with business and technology roadmaps
- Identify current and future skill gaps in close collaboration with R&D leaders
- Design and implement competency-based development programs supporting upskilling, reskilling and career pathways
- Enable employees and leaders to take ownership of learning through structured and self-directed learning opportunities
- Design and deliver blended learning solutions (e-learning, virtual classrooms, workshops, coaching, mentoring)
- Oversee the development of learning content, including vendor management where applicable
- Manage L&D budgets, negotiate contracts with external partners and training providers
- Lead and develop L&D Specialists and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams
- Measure learning effectiveness using data, feedback and business impact indicators
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Learning & Development Manager role, preferably in an IT, technology or R&D environment
- Experience with modern learning platforms, digital learning ecosystems and e-learning design
- Solid project management and budget management experience
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills; strong business mindset
- Ability to work effectively with senior technical leaders and external vendors
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Engineering or a related field
