What will you do?
Plan, direct, and control production operations to ensure products are manufactured on time, with the required quality, at the lowest possible cost, and under safe conditions, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

• Plan and execute the production schedule according to demand, installed capacity, and resource availability.
• Ensure compliance with volume, efficiency, scrap, rework, and delivery time targets.
• Supervise and optimize production processes (layout, line balancing, standard times, bottlenecks).
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Purchasing to ensure operational continuity.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): OEE, productivity, efficiency, waste, downtime, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate operational staff and supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TOC).
• Control the production budget and propose cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Attend internal and external audits related to production.
• Assignment of human and material resources.
• Approval of adjustments to the production plan.
• Proposal of technical and organizational improvements.
• Performance evaluation of reporting personnel.

What will you need to succeed?
• Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced English level.
• +10 years in production areas.
• Experience leading operational teams, supervisors, peers, and, if needed, line managers.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes.
• Production planning and control (MRP, capacity).
• Lean Manufacturing / TOC / Continuous Improvement.
• Performance indicators (KPIs).
• Industrial safety and quality.
• ERP and SAP management.
• Leadership and decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to handle pressure and conflicts.
• Strong soft skills.
