What will you do?
Drive the outsourcing strategy for non‑core subassemblies by identifying suitable external partners, assessing their capabilities, and leading end‑to‑end transfer projects. 
Ensure compliance with internal standards, manage process changes, and coordinate all activities required to successfully transition products to suppliers while safeguarding confidential and proprietary information.

Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, and select external partners capable of producing non-core subassemblies according to QRO’s strategy.
• Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, processes, and readiness for manufacturing items.
• Lead end-to-end outsourcing projects, including planning, execution, timeline control, and coordination across engineering, quality, supply chain, and procurement.
• Define which subassemblies are suitable for outsourcing based on product criticality, complexity, volume, and supplier capability.
• Coordinate and implement process changes, documentation updates, and validations required for outsourcing transitions.
• Evaluate cost impact, feasibility, and operational implications of transferring subassemblies to external partners.
• Conduct on-site and remote supplier assessments to ensure process robustness, compliance, and alignment with outsourcing requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution while protecting sensitive and confidential information.
• Continuously identify improvement opportunities in outsourcing strategy, supplier selection, and transition processes.
• Recommend optimal supplier-to-subassembly allocation based on capabilities, performance, and long-term strategic fit. when performance, risk, or manufacturing capability require re-evaluation, following internal supplier management guidelines

What will you need to succeed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field/experience.
• At least 5 years in:
    • Supplier development, sourcing, or outsourcing projects.
    • Manufacturing processes for metal structures, accessories, or electrical assemblies.
    • Managing technical evaluations and capability assessments with external partners.
    • Leading cross-functional projects involving engineering, quality, supply chain, and suppliers.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to metal ducts, accessories, and assemblies.
• Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities, production capacity, and process robustness.
• Familiarity with cost‑impact assessment, outsourcing feasibility, and supplier selection criteria.
• Knowledge of quality frameworks and documentation requirements.
• Experience coordinating process changes and ensuring implementation compliance.
• Strong analytical capability for supplier comparison and outsourcing feasibility.
• Effective communication and negotiations with external partners.
• Project management leadership, from planning to execution.
• High sense of ownership, documentation discipline, and compliance mindset.
• Proactive problem-solving and structured decision-making.
