Then come and join our Indonesian team as Finance Admin Intern who will give opportunities to learn end to end invoicing process.

Your task and responsibilities:
• You will support to Finance team on daily operations such as invoice + tax invoice creation, and submission to customer
• You will support to do monthly Tax consolidation
• You will support on Sales Order creation & Sales Order monitoring
• You will handle on Finance data consolidation

Your qualifications and experiences:
• Students currently pursuing a degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
• Basic knowledge in Basic Accounting
• Candidate should possess advanced skill in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel, and experience using ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Able to commit for internship at minimum 6 months

Your personality and skills:
• You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables.
• You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges.
• You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure.
• You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
