Your mission will be…
- Provide general support to the Order Entry team across various operational activities;
- Assist in material master data activities, including material creation, maintenance, and updates within the ERP system;
- Support the webshop rollout across multiple countries in collaboration with other eCommerce stewards;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process continuity;
- Ensure a high level of quality in all communications and activities, supporting smooth operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with
- Mandatory: Proficiency in English and Spanish - able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers;
- SAP knowledge (Module MM/FI, - SD) will be a plus;
- Enjoy working with several Siemens specific IT tools;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
- Service Attitude, customer oriented and problem-solving mindset;
- Strong communication skills (both orally and writing);
- Your accuracy and ability to multi-task will help make you a success;
- Strong work ethic - we are always acting in name of Siemens.
