Today, we are recruiting for a Document Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
What Are My Responsibilities?
- Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of project documentation using the project Document Management System (DMS) such as Aconex, ProjectWise, or SharePoint.
- Ensure proper document naming, metadata assignment, version control, and traceability in accordance with project and company standards.
- Distribute documents to internal and external stakeholders and follow up on reviews, comments, and approvals.
- Monitor document status (submitted, reviewed, approved, rejected) and maintain up-to-date document registers.
- Assist with documentation audits and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and internal procedures.
- Generate periodic document control reports, including status tracking and outstanding actions.
- Coordinate with engineering, testing, procurement, quality, and project teams to ensure the document repository remains accurate and up to date.
What Do I Need to Qualify for This Job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and systematic manner.
- Basic understanding of document control workflows and version management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel, PDF tools, and online collaboration platforms.
- Experience using document control platforms such as Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with engineering, construction, or infrastructure project processes.
