We're seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join us. In this position, your primary focus will be to develop and implement campaign-aligned content strategies that drive engagement across vertical markets (Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Battery, Consumer Packaging, Data Centers). This role requires a deep understanding of B2B buyers’ journeys, content marketing principles, and digital platforms to create effective content frameworks that support campaign goals. Working within the Content Strategy and Operations team, this position ensures content strategies align with campaign objectives while maintaining quality and consistency across all content initiatives.

We are looking for a Content Strategist, and this position will be located remotely within the United States.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Lead content audits and content gap analyses to ensure coverage of key personas and buying‑group needs; identify missing assets, messaging gaps, and opportunities to strengthen industry‑aligned marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain persona-aligned content strategies and frameworks that support integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring content types, formats, and messaging are optimized for each stage of the buyer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with content and field marketing teams to translate marketing strategies into actionable content requirements and integrated content plans that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Guide and support content creation by partnering with writers, SMEs, and creative teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategy, brand, and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee content organization, taxonomy, tagging, and lifecycle management within CMS and digital content platforms, ensuring content is discoverable, current, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Track and analyze content performance across channels, leveraging data to optimize content plans, uncover insights, and report on content effectiveness, ROI, and contribution to campaign goals.
  • Apply and maintain content strategy best practices, audience-centric messaging, digital platform standards, and continuous improvement through testing and analytics.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaigns and content strategy. 
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated content marketing.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in B2B content marketing preferred. 
  • Experience with the Forrester B2B Campaign Framework, Revenue Waterfall, and Content Strategy methods.

  • The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary.. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
