We are looking for: IT Provider Manager
You’ll break new ground by:
- Lead all aspects of IT providers fulfillment of contractual obligations during execution phase of IT contracts, both for project as well as maintenance services and for both traditional on-prem AMS services as well as for SaaS-Service delivery
- Implement IT provider governance and performance management within engagements with IT providers and handle the continuous monitoring of providers performance, SLA consistency and provider obligations. Ensure a continuous optimization and transparency of service delivery
- Set up and handle periodic performance and contract review boards, maintain the relationship with external IT service providers from a commercial, performance and contractual perspective.
- Handle partner concerns and disputes regarding Providers’ performance and contractual obligations as well as financial clarifications. Lead all aspects of provider compliance with IT service management requirements.
- Liaise with Provider and Siemens senior management, provider service delivery management, Siemens service management, purchasing and legal functions.
- Further develop the portfolio and practice of Provider Management. Grow the maturity and quality of the provider management portfolio.
- Act as a mentor and coach to the provider management team, further develop the skills of the international team.
- Manage large and strategic tenders or other sourcing activities as a project coordinator.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- Good background in IT provider management, especially performance management, partner concern management, governance, and board orchestration
- Experience in service level management, definition, implementation and monitoring as well as service credit handling
- Knowledge and experience with IT service management, service delivery, ITIL, IT project management
- Experience in tender management and / or other sourcing activities
- IT-domain know-how in one or multiple areas, e.g. ERP, Salesforce, Mendix, Pega, Snowflake.
- Dedicated, results oriented, able to work independently based on strategic targets
- Ambitious thinking and able to consider and handle financial impacts
- Able to motivate and lead people with or without formal authority
- Minimum of 7 years of international experience working on global projects and collaborating with intercultural teams.
- Effective communicator, good interpersonal relationship skills in an international and intercultural environment, strong analytical skills, track record in problem solving and handling partner concerns
- Perfect English, ability to negotiate contractual clauses in English
